An Ethical Dog Breeder
At Jocassee kennels, we have been building our reputation as a trusted Dog Breeder in Pickens SC since 2014. We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our pets. We start with our mommas. We provide special diets, pre and post natal vitamins , extra calcium and lots of extra love! We help momma deliver each puppy. The puppies are weighed twice a day for the first two weeks to ensure everyone is thriving. We do a early stimulation program here at jocassee kennels with each puppy to form those well rounded personalities starting on day 3. Puppies are raised with our children ages 10 and 12. Puppies are dewormed three times they will also have a check up by our vet (who is a breeding specialist)at 6 weeks before leaving us. We work hard to make sure each puppy has the best start at a full happy life. That’s why the happiest days for us are when one of our animals is adopted by a loving and welcoming family.
